Weet je wat ik ooit nog eens zou willen doen? Countryliedjes zingen!
Op een gewone dag in januari 2018 besloten drie vriendinnen, die elkaar kennen van de kleinkunstacademie Studio Selma Susanna, om hun leven eens samen te vatten in countryliedjes. Twee begenadigde, goedwillende gitaristen zorgden voor de vrolijke begeleiding. Een maand later werden de dames al geboekt onder de naam Countdrie Country. Niet alleen vanwege de prachtige driestemmigheid, maar ook vanwege de hilarische theateract die zij al snel om het liedjesprogramma bouwden. De naam Countdrie Country bleek voor menig aankondiger een tongbreker. Ze veranderden daarom hun naam in Janssen, De Boer & Ketner (dat klonk immers ook veel professioneler) en traden met hun theaterprogramma ‘Country voor beginners en gevorderden’ op diverse plaatsen op. Op dit moment werken zij aan een avondvullend programma dat in 2020 in de theaters in Nederland te zien zal zijn.
De cd bevat negen muzikale hoogtepunten uit ‘Country voor beginners en gevorderden.’ Een uitbreiding naar ‘Blues’ en ‘Punk’ is zeker niet ondenkbaar.
